The Rights & Democracy Network is organizing its Western Regional Mingler on February 27 and 28, 2006, to be hosted by the Rights & Democracy Delegation at First Nations University, in Regina (Saskatchewan). The first edition of the Rights & Democracy Network Magazine will launch at this occasion.
