This fall’s Retreat celebrates both the 20th anniversary of Rights & Democracy and the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This auspicious occasion that will bring together representatives form university Delegations from all across Canada will be held in Montreal from September 25-28 at the Rights & Democracy offices.
